Fresh install of OVD 11g, including:

Database : 11.1.0.7
Weblogic : 10.3.2
OVD : 11.1.1.2
Connecting to Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) from Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) on port 8899 fails with:

"Custom" option was chosen during install, and "Weblogic SCA" was not installed.
