Symptoms
JMS messages are delivered to all the members of a distributed queue even though some of the members may not have consumers. Messages will stay on queue members that do not have consumers. A related application may seem to be loosing these messages as they are not consumed.
Monitoring the distributed queue members will show these messages in the queue.
