How can DNS Caching be Disabled in WebLogic Server (Doc ID 986622.1)

Goal

The WebLogic Server instance (acting as client) is caching the DNS entries and a reboot was required to reset the DNS cache if any IP address associated to a DNS is changed.

Would it be possible to control this behavior in the WebLogic Server configuration?
