Replicating RelatedContent Table Data Results in Corrupt Data on Target Server (Doc ID 989139.1)

Symptoms

When doing automated importing, the data in the RelatedContent table was corrupted and the links between the related content are not correct. For example the dID values for some records had a negative value.  If the import was a manual one, the data was correct.  No errors were reported in the content server log files for this issue.
