Several CDRs are rejected by the Pipeline Rating Engine, with errors like below in the Stream log:
09.12.2009 13:08:21 Customer service not found: identifier=(22210140347****) prefix=(VOICE) serviceCode=().
although correct MSISDN and IMSI records are found in the service_t and service_alias_list_t tables.
1. Create a account with GSM service and the Service alias list having value as some number.
2. Increase the pin_virtual_time by 10 days.
3. Change the MSISDN using the PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_SERVICES.
The input flist used is:

1 PIN_FLD_PASSWD_CLEAR STR  "XXXX"

2 PIN_FLD_NAME STR  "089108721"
4. Rate a CDR with CDR date greater than pin_virtual_time when the change happened.
This CDR will be rejected with the "customer login not found" error.
