Pipeline Rating Errors "Customer Login Not Found" Or "Customer Service Not Found" (Doc ID 1050315.1)

Goal

Several CDRs are rejected by the Pipeline Rating Engine, with errors like below in the Stream log:

01.12.2009 15:06:24 Customer login not found: identifier=(22210130357****) prefix=(SMS) serviceCode=().
...
09.12.2009 13:08:21 Customer service not found: identifier=(22210140347****) prefix=(VOICE) serviceCode=().


although correct MSISDN and IMSI records are found in the service_t and service_alias_list_t tables.

Example :

1. Create a account with GSM service and the Service alias list having value as some number.
2. Increase the pin_virtual_time by 10 days.
3. Change the MSISDN using the PCM_OP_CUST_UPDATE_SERVICES.

The input flist used is:

1 PIN_FLD_ALIAS_LIST ARRAY [1] allocated 20, used 1
2 PIN_FLD_NAME STR [0] "089108721"


4. Rate a CDR with CDR date greater than pin_virtual_time when the change happened.

This CDR will be rejected with the "customer login not found" error.
