Symptoms

When attempting to start File Manager service,
the following error occurs.

Error
java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 9898; nested exception is: java.net.BindException: Address already in use"


Steps to Reproduce

  1. On the File Manager server machine, launch command line, and change directory to: %Agile_Home%/FileManager/bin
  2. Type in below to start File Manager service:
    For Linux:
  3. Gets error in the console
