Symptoms

After entering login/password on the EGRCM login page and clicking Login a blank page is displayed. The GRC Log file grc_server1.log shows the following error:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.sql.SQLDataException, msg=ORA-01882: timezone region not found
