Getting the following error into the spl_service.log and the user gets a "The Server has encountered an error" message on their screen. This seems to happen when the meter services users are entering meter reads. This error occurs 2-3 times a day and sometimes not at all. It also occurs for random users. This error is also causing our webserver to crash.
Error from spl_service.log:
User had the following setup:
- 50-60 concurrent users with 140 users total.
- 2 JVM Child processes. (Run configureENV.sh. Number of JVM Child processes = 2)
