DEMANTRA 7.3 MAIL SERVER SETUP - mail-username and mail-password parameters were deprecated

Goal
Post install of Demantra 7.3 customer is trying to setup email workflow for Demantra. They are refering to the fine tuning section of 7.3 Demantra implementation guide. The implementation guide page 44-9 lists all the mail server attributes and marks an * that indicates this can be setup post install and that this should be details in installation guide.
Since the apps.parameter file can not longer be modified in 7.3 as all details are set in aps_params table. However by going into demantra business modeler, the following settings are not visible under the parameter-> system parameters-> application server
mail-username
mail-password
