  BRM Documentation -> Installation Guide -> Installing Pipeline Manager -> Installing Diameter Balance Manager

In order to install this feature, the file name required is : 7.4_DM_Diameter_FW_<platform>_64_opt.bin

We have downloaded all the part numbers in available in Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (https://edelivery.oracle.com/) for 7.4, but the above file is not found in any of the part numbers.
