PROBLEM

See the following error while executing Shipment and Booking collections
ERROR

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1577
ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)
STEPS
--------
1. Run Shipment and Booking Collections
2. See the error below in the collections log:
ORA-29273: HTTP request failed
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1577
ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)
3. Followed note 1064995.1 and successfully executed the GRANT_HTTP_TO_DEMANTRA.sql on the destination instance where the Demantra schema exists.
4. Demantra ACL was created successfully per <Note 1064995.1>, however the error still occurs during collections.
