Goal

A business requirement is to offer rate plans based on some specific conditions. These custom conditions are not configurable using Single Rate Plan and/or Rate Plan Selector combination. Hence using Custom Event Analysis Rate Plan Structure for the same, but it is hitting an error during the account creation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a product with "custom event analysis" as Rate Plan structure with one rate included in it.
2. Create a corresponding deal and plan.
3. Purchase the newly created plan in Customer Center.

Result:
An error pops up: "cannot create an account"
