SRT CARTRIDGE FOR ERICSSON HLR R12 TRANSLATION FAILED (Doc ID 1074137.1)

Symptoms

The client was not able to submit a work order for the Ericsson HLR R12 cartridge using a custom SRT cartridge that used eclipse studio design for Ericsson.

After submitting the Work Order, the following error message appeared in SRT.ResponseQueue.

"The work order translation failed in the JSRP, but was transmitted to the SARM to facilitate manual intervention" in the response.
