Goal

The database parameter OPTIMIZER_MODE has the value FIRST_ROWS.
Can the value of this parameter be changed to CHOOSE to increase the performance of the database and consequently the performance of BRM (rating, billing and so on)?
Is it possible to change the value of this parameter without affecting to any core process?
