The Oracle Realtime Scheduler (ORS) system is auto archiving jobs that have a 'forever' setting and have run out of time windows. All planned jobs were set to maximum allocation priority of 14 (forever). Users expect jobs that failed their time windows will not archive and stay on the freebar. Users are unaware that these jobs require further action when they are removed from the scheduler.
