Symptoms
User receives the following error when trying to transmit reports on 01-MAR-2010 from Bulk Reporting screen with mark as submitted checked. Continues to receive the same error when attempting to transmit the reports even on or after 02-Mar-2010 for which transmissions were initially attempted on 01-MAR-2010.
