JMService Could Not Start After Installlation of NMS, Log File Has Fatal Message "Failed to load supply nodes!" (Doc ID 1080458.1)

Symptoms

After completing the installation of NMS and following the instructions in the installation guide, JMService failed to start.

The JMService log showed several errors:

 02/18 10:33:08: 0x2b895011a7e0,ctp=0xd4076b8 **FATAL** JMSupplyNodes::cacheSupplyNodes -  Failed to load supply nodes!
02/18 10:33:08: 0x2b895011a7e0,ctp=0xd4076b8 **INFO*** [JMService-6976] for [server01]
exiting...
