Goal
Localization/Internationalization of Oracle ASAP to support French and Arabic languages.
Does ASAP support localization for logging, distributed reporting, OCA client and AIMS?
Does ASAP provide multi-lingual support with two options (support for two different languages) at the same time?
If the XML message flow is in Arabic/French, is there any provision in ASAP to convert it into English before sending it to the network elements?
