In ASAP HA environment, Weblogic failed to connect to SARM through RPCConnectionPool (Doc ID 1083480.1)

Symptoms

In a High Availability (HA) environment, WebLogic server failed to connect to SARM with the following error occurring repeatedly:

<Apr 11, 2010 4:20:38 AM IST> <Warning> <JDBC> <BEA-001129> <Received exception while creating connection for pool "System.prod.ApplicationType.ServiceActivation.Application.1-0;5-2;ASAP.Comp.RPCConnectionPool": JZ006: Caught IOException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused> 
As a result, no work orders can be provisioned through ASAP.
