Transactions Are Not Processed if They Are Stuck in 'Transactionqueue.Queue' File

In the Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS) system, we find that when some transactions are stuck in the 'Transactionqueue.queue' file on the '../Client/Pos/Bin' directory, they never get processed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Start two ORPOS clients on the same register
  2. Run a few transactions 
  3. Notice that the transactions are stuck in the 'Transactionqueue.queue' file, and are not processed.
