Goal

The SPI mentioned in the payload file should match with the SPI in the meter configuration table. When uploading an LSM with different SPIs in the MDM Meter Configuration record ,it doesn't fire any exception.
The behavior occurs either by using adapter as well as Usage Add/Edit (upload file).
