Loader Worker WIth Direct Load Option Fails With The Error APP-FND-01630 (Doc ID 1113183.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Run ASCP Plan the following error occurs in Loader Worker with Direct Load Option:

Message 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ULMessage 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ULProgram exited with status 3
APP-FND-01630: Cannot open file /<dir>/temp/OFAAAoeaaEb.t for reading


STEPS:
1. Navigate to Advanced Supply Chain Planning > Supply Chain Plan > Launch
2. Select the plan to be Launched and Launch the plan.
3. See that Loader Worker fails with the said error
