Purpose
It is not sure if the COLLECTIONS_SCENARIO_T (OVERDUE_T) is updated correctly, considering the below collections scenario:
Enter Amount: $2, Days: 0, Exit Amount: $2
Pin_virtual_time 04/27/10, create an account with plan 1, DOM is 27.
Pin_virtual_time 06/07/10, run pin_collections_process & pin_bill_day, 1st bill (B-1) $25.90 due on 06/26/10
Pin_virtual_time 07/07/10, run pin_collections_process & pin_bill_day, 2nd bill (B-2) $12.95 due on 07/27/10
Check the /collections_scenario object:
The OVERDUE_AMOUNT reset to 0, but the PIN_FLD_OVERDUE_T still at 26/06/2010.
Expected Behaviour:
Overdue days should be reset to 10 days.
Collections actions for the account should be rescheduled / refreshed with actions starting from 10 days.
Observed Behaviour:
Overdue days not reset.
Collections action not refreshed.

Why the PIN_FLD_OVERDUE_T did not update? |
But the scheduled actions are not revised. One would expect old open actions are canceled and new actions are inserted with new COLLECTIONS_SCENARIO_T (OVERDUE_T). |
