Responses Not Saved If Tablespace Is Full (Doc ID 1121223.1)

Goal

The tablespace where the indexes of table RESPONSES are stored (RXC_RESP_IDXM_TSPA) was 100% full and couldn't be extended anymore. So the reponses index RESPONSE_RDCM_NFK_IDX couldn't be refreshed and the complete insert on the table RESPONSES was rolled back.

The received DCIs and Received DCMs, however, were saved as 'Entry complete'. This led to a situation where RDCMs and RDCIs with status 'Entry complete' existed, but no Responses.
