Symptoms
Unable to select drop down values in LSR, ASR, PSR Ordering Dialog, and Connection Design Custom Attributes using Internet Explorer versions 7 and higher. The values are properly displayed, but can not be selected. This problem did not exist using Internet Explorer versions 6 and lower.

Changes
Upgraded Internet Explorer 6 to Internet Explorer 7 and/or 8 on the Windows machines running the MetaSolv Solution application (tbs.exe).
