Symptoms

From within Outlook, if a user clicks on the Tools > Out of Office Message, Outlook crashes.  There are no additional errors logged in the Oracle Communications Connector for Microsoft Outlook (SJOC) logs nor in the Communications Express (aka Unified Web Client, UWC) server logs.
