Goal

The goal of this article is to provide a solution when CCB Slot Group is hard coded in the integration for Field Work PIP. This should be a parameter that the Calltaker selects in CCB.

Try to Appointment Book an order from CCB to MWM through the PIP. Slot Group is hard-coded, not selectable.

CCB user must be able to select the slot group he or she desires. It could be different values, based on the type of appointment the customer is requesting of the Customer Service Representative (Morning, Afternoon, All Day, etc). It should be selected from a drop-down on the Appointment Booking screen in CCB,and passed to the PIP.

The definition of the various Slot Groups is implementation specific - but the fact that the Slot Group is hard coded in config is a defect.Target Version is Field Work PIP - Release 2 (RV3.1). This change will include change to CC&B 2.3.1 and WorkOrder EBO.
