Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version,
When attempting to configure the Configure Configuration Controls Governor component
the Run Target Synchronize error out as
Unhandled Error! ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the ERP's CCG agent component.
2. Try configuring Configuration Controls Governor component which errors out at Run Target Synchronize.
