Applies to:
Oracle Communications ASAP - Version 4.7.1 to 7.0.1 [Release 4.7 to 7.0.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
It seems that strored procedure for purging (Provided with ASAP) will only purge work orders which completed successfully WO=104.
There are also thousands of failed work orders that are necessary to remove as well. There are a couple of options that we can come up with but we would like to know what is the Oracle recommendation for removing these work orders.
1. Alter the existing stored procedure to also remove failed work orders
2. Create a copy of the existing stored procedure and modify the condition
3. Create an external script to remove them from the DB.
