Pin_rerate For Cycle Event With Multiple Currency Rate Plans Duplicates Charges (Doc ID 1178514.1)

Symptoms

Running pin_rerate for an account with an updated(modified) cycle fee, the process terminates successfully, but when checking the account balance and the event browser, the re-rated cycle event is actually cloned as many times as there are currency rate plans in the /product of the cycle event.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a product, to include different currency rate plans (say Euro and USD)
2. Create an account with that /product (select USD currency for the account)
3. Change the rate for the cycle fee
4. Call "pin_rerate -a <POID> -t <mm/dd/yyyy>

Expected Result:
Rerate should re-apply charges for only one currency (USD in this case)

Actual Result:
Rerate event was applying charges for both currencies.
