Viewing an attachment from AutoVue for Agile PLM fails with error:

File not found

Click on Detail reveals error: no protocol [...]

The Agile PLM application URLs for the application server (/Agile) and the File Manager (/Filemgr) point to SSL enabled web server.

What is working

Can get or add attachments without error.


1. Log into Web Client, go to My Settings > Attachment, and click pdf file
2. Asked to download AgileAutovue.jnlp file. Download and open jnlp file
3. AutoVue client window launches, but shows error


Upgraded AutoVue for Agile PLM and/or enabled SSL for File Manager URL
