Oracle Support sometimes needs to get the Control Plan(s) from Customer's environment, this article will help you to get the requested Control Plans either from the Screens (aka the GUI) or from command line with acsDumpControlPlan binary tool.

Under ACS Service screens, you have the ability to load and then export a control plan, this method is usually used when you have Screens access and one or very few Control Plan to export.

The binary acsDumpControlPlan is used to bulk export Control Plans for a single Plan, all of a Customer's Plans, or all Plans in a given ACS (Advanced Control Services) database. The program is run via the command line, with arguments to limit which Control Plans to export.

More information on the acsDumpControlPlan is available in the ACS Technical Guide.
