Billing Engine Timeouts During Calling Cards Creation (Doc ID 1185323.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to generate a batch of Calling Cards using ccsAccount utility,
the following errors occur:

Jun 4 06:30:52.805981 ccsAccount(21753) ERROR: Exception back from BE pair
141, will retry: Communications Exception: Message sent to pair 141 timed out.
Jun 4 06:31:02.824657 ccsAccount(21753) ERROR: In last 10 seconds 1 message
sent to primary BE 141 timed out.
Jun 4 06:31:02.825003 ccsAccount(21753) ERROR: In last 10 seconds we received
1 orphaned response from primary BE 141.



The issue can be reproduced at will by logging in as ccs_oper on the SMS and run this type of command:

./bin/ccsAccountWithPrivacy.sh CallingCards Test009 -c "CUR" -s 20<10 digits> -e 20<10 digits> -n 10000 -C 5 -t "CallingCard2" -d -B 1 -u
