Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

This document will give the reader more details about the different Event Detail Records (EDRs) that can be generated on the Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) platform.

Scope

3 different categories of EDRs can be found: 

  • ACS (Advanced Calling Services)
    Generated by the Service Logic Controller (SLC (Not activated by default)
  • CCS (Charging Control Services)
    Generated for any chargeable Event on OCNCC solution, this category of EDR is split into different types (CDR_TYPE) in order to discriminate the type of Event.
  • MMX (Messaging Manager)
    Generated by the SLC (Not activated by default)
