SSO - Single Sign-On

On Windows 2008 with IIS7 when SSO is enabled, when trying to log into EIP with SSO the page never loads, it just spins with the following in the address bar:

http://server-name/lodestar/ccs/Default.aspx?Message=Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.:+$/lodestar/ccs/Default.aspx

This only happens with Windows 2008 / IIS 7 , the same configuration on Windows 2003 with IIS6 works fine.
