Symptoms

Problem:
Bill_Now throws an error if pin_bill_day is skipped at the actual DOM.

Steps to reproduce:
1) June/7/2010, create a Credit Card account with OOB "Plan 1".
2) July/6/2010, purchase a monthly product using OOB "Deal 2a".
3) July/8/2010, do a bill_now from Customer Center
