Is it Possible to Change the Seconds per Interval (SPI) field to Minutes per Interval on the Meter Configuration table? (Doc ID 1209073.1)

Goal

In the Meter Configuration table, there is a  Seconds per Interval (SPI) field which takes seconds as input. Can this field be changed to represent Minutes per Interval (15 instead of 900) if a customer is more comfortable with that terminology?
