Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, CCG

When attempting to create snapshot definition
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CCG workbench
2. Create new definition for snapshot.
3. Select an operator in snapshot filter, lov produces error
4. Find detailed error in am_mmddyyyy.log

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to see list of values in CCG workbench/ add object.
