Goal

Question:

Try any of the integration points (such as SP sync or SA sync). The objects transition into an 'Awaiting acknowledgement' state. When we check the messages, it made it successfully to MDM and we can also see that the acknowledgement message is received. CCB even consumes the response message from the configured response queue. However, the object still remains in an 'Awaiting acknowledgement' state.

If we manually try an XAI submission with one of the response messages 'F1-UpdateAndTransitionSuncRequest', then CCB is able to process it successfully. However, through the integration it is not processing the message successfully.
