Goal

TCP connections for outgoing SIP messages are closed after an idle time of 65 seconds by default.

Some times this is not enough to exchange all SIP messages via the same TCP connection which might result in warning messages after the TCP connection timed out.

<Sep 20, 2010 9:21:50 PM CEST> <Warning> <WLSS.CallState> <BEA-331000> <An I/O error occurred while trying to send a SIP Message using tcp to /127.0.0.1:-1
java.io.IOException

This article describes how to tune the above timeout.
