Window Size Too Large/Empty when Sending Activities Tab Letter Via E-Mail (Doc ID 1220736.1)

Symptoms

When a letter is selected for transmission via email, a large, empty window is generated and, instead of the letter appearing in this window, Microsoft Word is invoked to edit the letter.

Steps to Repeat
1. Navigate to the Activities Tab
2. Click on the New Letter button and attach any letter
3. Save the case and click on the Letter icon (to open the letter)
4. Observe the size of the window that opens is large and it is blank and the letter opens in a new Microsoft Word document, not in the empty Email Letter window of the browser.
