Argus Safety Service Bulk Report Print Process Starts and Does Nothing. (Error on Restart)

The Argus Safety Service Bulk Report Print process fails after addiing a Site printer. The Argus Safety Service log indicates that the service started, processed and stopped (with no errors in this log).  After adding a Site printer.the Bulk Report Print process starts per the Argus Safety Service log  with no subsequent record of activity. Restarting the Argus Safeety Service results in the following error:

Bulk Report Print > "C:\Relsys\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe Bulk Report Print Bulk Report Print" ABORT, DUPLICATE.
