When a login fails in Convergence, it often appears to "freeze" when the login progress display stops at a given number.
A user may experience the following behavior in their Convergence 1.x or 2.x client:
- login freezes at the "Mail" progress bar
- login freezes at the "Address Book" progress bar
Both of the above behaviors can happen to multiple users and continue to happen after clearing the browser cache.
In most cases, this problem is reported for one or a small number of users, not all users. This reflects an account-specific problem, not a system-wide problem created by a config change.
