Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub LSH 2.1.3.1 version,
When attempting to install a Workflow (version 2) containing a Loadset pointing
to a transactional High Throughput Table instance, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Work area;
2. Create a Workflow instance;
3. Create a text Load Set;
4. Create a Table Descriptor;
5. Add two columns to the table descriptor;
6. Create TI from TD;
7. Update TI process type to transactional High Throughput;
8. Add transitions:
    START -> LS (None)
    LS -> END_SUCCESS (None)
9. Install the work area;
10. Check out Workflow;
11. Check out Load Set;
12. Delete Table Descriptor;
13. Create Table Descriptor based on the definition used by TI (in step 7);
14. Map the new TD to the existing TI;
15. Try to install the Work Area in Upgrade + force script regenerate mode;
