Goal

All rows in the Initial database have version set to 1, except for 3 rows in 1 table

This was being checked to set all rows in a Demo database to 1 so that a SQL Compare Utility did not
kick out difference based on Version.

We are logging this since it seems that a conscious effort was made to set all versions to 1 and this is the
only exception.
