Goal
The 4.5.1.76 iPatch contains the fix for 'BUG:8925493 - DCI BOOK ID IS NULL
AFTER TRANSFER OF PATIENTS'. Find/fix scripts were provided to correct
existing data. However the 'cRdcis' cursor in the find script (findupdbookpattrn.sql) will
not pick up cases where the record which had the dci_book_id nulled out has
been subsequently versioned.
