When emailing letters uploaded under contact log in Argus, is there any way to configure a standard text to the email body?
Currently if users:
- Set up an agservice for general email.
- Goto activities tab for a case, attach a letter and email it.
- The email reaches the receipient with blank email Body
The rtf file attached has all the details as expected.
Also the attached letter to the email has a strange random file name. Can the name be changed?
