Goal

During Upgrade from Argus 4.2 to 5.1, the below error is observed during schema validation.
How can it be fixed?

SQL execution error, ORA-22324: altered type has compilation errors
ORA-22328: object "ARGUS_ESM"."REPORTACKNOWLEDGMENT_TY" has errors.
PLS-00719: only widening of attribute 'ERRORMESSAGECOMMENT' constraints is allowed
ORA-06550: line 0, column 0:
PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
