“Amr Query Types” Dialog Box Does Not Display when Pressing the AMR Confirm Button

AMR Query Types dialog box does not open when performing the following steps:
- Bring up TroubleInfo on an outage with customers
- Select “AMR Customers” - The user will see the AMR enabled customers
- Click on a row for a customer
- Press the “AMR Confirm” button - an “AMR Query Types” dialog box should come up with two choices: "Status Query" and "Complex Query".
