“Amr Query Types” Dialog Box Does Not Display when Pressing the AMR Confirm Button (Doc ID 1259235.1)

Symptoms

AMR Query Types dialog box does not open when performing the following steps:

  1. Bring up TroubleInfo on an outage with customers
  2. Select “AMR Customers” - The user will see the AMR enabled customers
  3. Click on a row for a customer
  4. Press the “AMR Confirm” button - an “AMR Query Types” dialog box should come up with two choices:  "Status Query" and "Complex Query".
