Alpha DVG Fields Are Skipped Over When Tabbing Through Numeric Or Date Questions (Doc ID 1262798.1)

In Oracle Clinical, Alpha DVG fields are skipped over when tabbing through a Numeric or Date Question.
When tabbing after the Derived field, the cursor skips the DVG and alpha DVG fields and jumps directly to the Lower Bound field.

Steps to reproduce:
------------------------
1. Oracle Clinical -> Glib -> Questions -> Questions
2. Select a question with a data type of Number or Date
3. When tabbing through the fields, notice that after the Derived field, the cursor jumps directly to the Lower Bound field and skips the DVG and alpha DVG fields.
